Wiki page added that gives a summary of current revision as well as build instructions
I've added a wiki page that will be updated frequently with details of the current revision. There are also brief instructions for building the project on each platform using the supported IDEs.
Check the Current status page regularly for updates. This can also be accessed through the Wiki home page.
